〔Inspection〕
Every valve must undergo hydraulic and pneumatic tests to meet the ATI 598 standard. Additionally, materials must pass high and low-temperature tests, radiographic tests, magnetic tests, penetrant tests, ultrasonic tests, and X-ray tests to ensure product quality.
〔Quality Control〕
We use precision 3D and 2D measuring instruments to ensure the stability of our products.
- 3D Coordinate Measuring Machine(CMM) - 2D Height Gage
To ensure manufactured parts are within tolerance, we use 2D height gauges and 3D coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to measure machined parts. The 3D CMM can be manually controlled by an operator or computer-controlled to prevent human error and provide fast and precise measurement data.
