Flowcom specializes in manufacturing various valve components, particularly ball valve bodies, balls, and stems. We produce not only standard ball valves ranging from 1/2 inch to 14 inches but also specialty surface-treated balls such as chrome-plated, electroless nickel, and tungsten carbide balls. With an innovative grinding process, all these special balls achieve a circularity of 3.8 micrometers.
The annual production capacity for ball valves is approximately 1,000,000 pieces.
